Why should I have my house washed?
Maintaining the exterior of your home will save you money over time, and low pressure cleaning is a relatively inexpensive service that will extend the life of your paint and enhance the overall appearance of your home. All dirt can’t be seen with the naked eye. Even if you don’t think your house is very dirty, you will see a difference after the power washing process.

Will it damage the paint or siding on my home?
Not when properly cleaned by a professional company such as All Brite. We know the correct amount of pressure and proper chemicals to use to prevent any potential damage. We also do a pre-inspection of the exterior and notify you of any potential problems BEFORE THE WORK BEGINS.

Will the chemicals harm my plants or shrubs?
NO. Our chemicals and procedures are environmentally safe for lawns, shrubs and pets. On occasion, if we see what appear to be extra delicate flowers or vegetable gardens growing close to the work area, we will use a light weight tarp to protect them while the cleaning is underway.

I’m going to repaint the exterior of my home. Should I wash it first?
Absolutely! Power Washing removes any dirt or other particulate matter on your home, leaving the surface clean allowing your new paint to adhere to your home better. This will create a better bond between the house and paint making the paint last longer and make it more resistant to rain and heat. Caution! If repainting, DO NOT automatically use your painter to pressure wash the house first. Remember, painters are not pressure washers by profession, so let them do what they do best, and call All Brite to clean the house beforehand.

Do I need to be home while the work is being done?
NO. We understand that your time is important, so we try to provide our services in as convenient manner as possible for our customers. Although 8 out of 10 of our customers are normally not at home, we will certainly work with you to schedule a day that you will be there, if you prefer. Some customers choose to meet us at the home for a few minutes, and then go on about their business of running errands or going to work. It’s entirely up to you.

How do I make payment arrangements?
Payment is expected upon completion of services. If you are not going to be home, you may leave payment somewhere on the property such as the front or back door, mailbox, etc. and we will leave an invoice when the work is complete. We also accept credit cards, so you may provide your card information to the office or our onsite employee for processing if desired.

Are your employees reliable?
YES. Our employees are well trained, well-groomed, uniformed, and background checked. WE DO NOT USE SUBCONTRACTORS!

What is your “Preferred Customer Maintenance Program”?
This program was implemented as a service to our highly valued repeat customers. It is designed to offer time and cost savings by automatically scheduling services based on our customers needs. Just let us know which services you would like throughout the year, and we will take it from there. Spring, Summer, Fall, and Pre-Holiday cleanups are available. In comparing services, you undoubtedly have been given a wide range of prices from the extremely low end (giveaways) to the (ouch!), you want how much? Let’s address both. If you fall for the extremely low price, you stand a very good chance of hiring someone that’s not licensed or insured, a part-timer with no experience or training, and greater potential for damage being caused due to incorrect pressure and chemicals being used.
