WHY AND HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE MY HOUSE WASHED?
Maintaining the exterior of your home will save you money over time, and low pressure cleaning is a relatively inexpensive service that will extend the life of your paint and enhance the overall appearance of your home. In Georgia, the industry recommendation is to power wash your homes exterior every 12 to 18 months to keep the mold and mildew under control.

WILL IT DAMAGE THE PAINT OR SIDING ON MY HOME?
Not when properly cleaned by a professional company such as All Brite. We know the correct amount of pressure and proper chemicals to use to prevent any potential damage. We also do a pre-inspection of the exterior and notify you of any potential problems BEFORE THE WORK BEGINS.

WILL THE CHEMICALS HARM MY PLANTS OR SHRUBS?
No. Our chemicals and procedures are environmentally safe for lawns, shrubs, and pets. On occasion, if we see what appear to be extra delicate flowers or vegetable gardens growing close to the work area, we will use a light weight tarp to protect them while the cleaning is underway.

DO YOU SPRAY THE WINDOWS DURING THE HOUSE WASHING PROCESS?
Yes. The same chemicals used on the siding are sprayed on all windows as well. We have special detergents in our house wash mixture specifically for the windows. We then rinse the windows with several heavy coats of fresh water. Screen removal and hand washing of windows is not part of the house washing process.

GUTTER CLEANING

WHY AND HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE MY GUTTERS CLEANED?
Every house is different, but if not cleaned at least once per year, you’re neglecting the regular maintenance needed to ensure smooth water flow and drainage away from your home. Water damage to your home from an unclean and inefficient gutter system can be very severe and costly in the long run. Homes with lots of trees around or above the gutters may need to be cleaned two or more times per year.

WHAT IS THE COST FOR GUTTER CLEANING?
Because every house is different, we do not have an average charge. Our minimum price for gutter cleaning is $95.00. You can expect a price between $95.00 and $135.00 for an average home. This would be homes that are 1-3 stories, 1200-4000 square feet, with asphalt roof shingles, and no bagging of debris.

DO YOU CLEAN THE GUTTER DEBRIS FROM MY YARD? DO YOU OFFER BAGGING SERVICE?
Unless requested otherwise, our crews will blow any gutter trash that falls to the ground into a wooded area if available, or try to blend it into the natural landscape/groundcover around the home. This includes blowing debris from all flat surfaces such as driveways, walkways, patios, decks, etc. In most cases the landscaping looks the same if not better than when we arrived. In some situations such as well manicured lawns, or lawns with expensive ground cover next to the house, blending in the debris may not be an option. In these situations, we offer bagging services to our customers. Because hand bagging gutter trash can take a significant amount of additional time, we charge $10.00 per bag for the extra labor. An average house will usually take two bags. The bags will be left on your property, either curbside or another place of your choosing.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHILE THE WORK IS BEING DONE?
No. We understand that your time is important, so we try to provide our services in as convenient manner as possible for our customers. Although the majority of our customers are normally not at home, if you prefer, we will certainly work with you to schedule a day when you will be there. Some customers choose to meet us at the home for a few minutes, and then go on about their business of running errands or going to work. It’s entirely up to you.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS?
PAYMENT IS EXPECTED UPON COMPLETION OF SERVICES.
If you are not going to be home, our crew will leave an invoice when finished. You may pay by check within 5 business days or by credit card over the phone. PLEASE NOTE: All non-owner occupied, vacant properties will require credit card approval up front, or someone to meet our crew at the property for payment upon completion of services.

ARE YOUR EMPLOYEES RELIABLE?
Yes. Our employees are experienced, well trained, uniformed, and background checked. WE DO NOT USE SUBCONTRACTORS.
